Types of pallet rollers

Our pallet rollers are available with a PU or nylon tread, allowing you to choose the type that best suits your specific environment. Nylon wheels are perfect for hard and flat surfaces. Due to their hardness, they are highly resistant to wear. On the other hand, PU wheels offer more cushioning, making them suitable for uneven floors and thresholds. Additionally, we offer pallet rollers with different axle diameters (17 mm, 20 mm, and 25 mm) to ensure they fit perfectly with your existing pallet trucks or pallets. Our wheels have a width ranging from 50 mm to 100 mm, with load capacity being related to width. The wider the wheel for the pallet truck, the higher the load capacity. Replacing pallet truck/pallet wheels

Nothing is as frustrating as worn-out wheels on your pallet truck or pallet, which not only make driving difficult but also affect your productivity. Worn-out wheels cause increased rolling resistance. Fortunately, you can easily replace them with high-quality replacement pallet rollers that will make your carts roll like new again!

The replacement process starts with knowing which new wheels you need. You can measure the pallet rollers as follows:

• Lay the pallet truck on its side.
• Gently remove the locking pin.
• Tilt the wheel suspension slightly downwards and remove the axle. Then, you can take the wheel off the axle.
• Measure the diameter of the axle hole with a caliper.
• Measure the wheel diameter (taking possible wear into account) and the wheel width.

Disassembling the wheels for installing the new ones is done in the same way. You attach the new wheels as follows:

• Place the new wheel on the axle.
• Return the wheel suspension to its original position.
• Then, gently tap the locking pin back into place using a hammer.
• Next, put the cart back on its wheels.
• Check that everything is working correctly.
