This HSS-E spiral drill bit set, 19-piece and presented in a handy ABS case, offers a versatile solution for drilling applications. The set comprises drills with diameters ranging from Ø1 to 10 mm, with an incremental scale of 0.5 mm each. They comply with the DIN 338 standard, are short in size and belong to type N, with a ground finish and a top angle of 135°. In addition, the spiral drills feature split-point / cross-honing according to DIN 1412-C, which makes them excel in high precision and longer life. Their bronze, gold-coloured coating not only gives an aesthetic appearance, but also improves the performance and durability of the drills. These HSS-E spiral drills are particularly suitable for drilling in hard-to-machine steels, austenitic Cr-Ni stainless steels, spring steels, manganese steels, and other short-span steels with a tensile strength < 1,000 N/mm².
