The size of expander you need depends on the inside diameter of the tube:

• Expander 18-21 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter from 18 x 18 mm to 21 x 21 mm. Expander length: 65,5 mm.
• Expander 21-25 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter from 21 x 21 mm to 25 x 25 mm. Expander length: 64 mm.
• Expander 25-29 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter from 25 x 25 mm to 29 x 29 mm. Expander length: 64 mm.
• Expander 29-32 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter from 29 x 29 mm to 32 x 32 mm. Expander length: 64,8 mm.
• Expander 32-38.5 mm is suitable for tubes with an inside diameter from 32 x 32 mm to 38.5 x 38.5 mm. Expander length: 64 mm.

Note: Always measure the inner diameter of the tube for the correct sizing.

Assembly expander

For the assembly, you can follow these simple steps:

1. Use a wrench to loosen the wheel and remove it from the fork.
2. Remove the hex bolt from the expander.
3. Insert the hex bolt from the bottom into the fork.
4. Place the expander on top of the swivel ring.
5. Lightly tighten the expander with the hex bolt.
6. Insert the expander into the hollow tube.
7. Secure the expander with the hex key.
8. Place the wheel back in the fork.
9. Tighten the wheel with a wrench.
